Nicole is a registered Occupational Therapist working exclusively in the home care sector for the past 18 years. Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Kinesiology and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University. Nicole has been an authorizer with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) for 16 years providing assessment and prescription services for walkers, manual and power wheelchairs, seating and positioning, and custom mobility equipment.
Nicole is passionate about helping adults and seniors maintaining their independence, improving their safety, and continuing to do the activities that matter most to them. She prides herself on timely service delivered with care and compassion.
Pricing Guide
Occupational therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits or private insurance plans. Clients are encouraged to check with their provider for coverage details.
Initial Assessment
An in-home visit to evaluate safety, mobility, and daily function to identify areas of risk or difficulty. Recommendations may include equipment, home set up, and practical strategies to support safe and independent living. Approximately one hour in duration.

Follow Up Visit
Ongoing OT support tailored to your needs. Visits are pro-rated, with a 30 minute appointment minimum.
$150/hr
Walker Assessments
Individualized walker assessments include an evaluation of mobility, posture, balance, and functional needs. If the client is eligible, the OT can complete an application for the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) for potential funding towards the cost of the walker.
